These Terms of Service govern your use of Aura, operated by Fail Faster Ventures. By using Aura, you agree to these terms.

1. What Aura does

Aura is an AI-powered job search agent that scans Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and job boards for opportunities matching your profile, generates personalized outreach emails, and optionally sends them via your Gmail account.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura
  • You are responsible for the content of emails sent from your Gmail account
  • You agree not to use Aura to send spam or harass individuals
  • You agree to provide accurate profile information
  • You are responsible for reviewing outreach emails before they are sent

3. Gmail sending

When you enable auto-send, Aura will send emails from your Gmail account automatically. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all emails sent from your account. Fail Faster Ventures is not liable for any consequences arising from emails sent on your behalf. You can disable auto-send at any time from your profile settings.

4. AI-generated content

Outreach emails are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we aim for quality, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, tone, or effectiveness of generated content. We recommend reviewing all drafts before sending.

5. Service availability

Aura is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific job outcomes. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Fail Faster Ventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aura, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, emails sent in error, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aura if you violate these terms. You may stop using Aura at any time by logging out and revoking Google OAuth access from your Google Account settings.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aura after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
